Complete Kitchen Remodel in Arlington, TN - Full Gut & Modern Transformation!

In Arlington, TN, Phillips Property Solutions, LLC. completed a total kitchen renovation that started with a full demo of an old, dated space. We removed everything down to the studs, took out a wall that was closing the kitchen off from the living area, and opened the room to create an improved flow between spaces. The work began with careful demolition and structural review to make sure the new open plan would function as intended.

After the wall removal we repaired the subfloor where needed and completed new rough-in plumbing and electrical to support the updated layout. We also relocated windows beside the sink to create uniformity on that wall, and to improve both light and sight lines. All mechanical work was roughed in before finishes went in, so the installation phase could proceed smoothly.

Before construction began, the team produced a detailed 3D rendering showing the new open floor plan and all of the client desired finishes. The rendering helped confirm cabinet placement, island size, appliance locations, lighting layout, and countertop choices. Having the plan visualized in three dimensions kept the project on track and helped the client make confident selections.

For flooring we installed LVP in a dark hardwood style across the new kitchen. The choice provides a consistent, durable surface that ties the kitchen into the adjoining living area. New custom shaker white cabinets were installed, including a built-in oven and microwave combo that was integrated into the cabinetry for a clean, modern look.

We installed new granite countertops and a custom-sized island positioned to overlook the sink, which supports both food prep and casual gatherings. The island size was chosen to fit the new open layout while maintaining comfortable circulation around the work zones.

Lighting was updated throughout the space with new pendant fixtures over the island and recessed lights spaced across the ceiling for even illumination. All new finishes were in brushed bronze, chosen to coordinate with the lighting and cabinet hardware. We also completed new paint and trim work throughout the kitchen to give the space a finished, cohesive look.

The last phase of the project included installation of new appliances and final hookups for the new plumbing and electrical. Throughout the renovation, the focus remained on achieving the client’s desired finishes and an open, functional layout.
