Complete Upgrade - Office Renovation in Memphis, TN!

Phillips Property Solutions, LLC. completed a complete office renovation of our new location in Memphis, TN. The space had previously been a barber shop, so we started by fully demoing the interior and removing all old fixtures to create a blank slate for the new layout and finishes.

During the demolition phase we gutted the existing bathroom and stripped out partitions and counters as needed, then rebuilt the plumbing and electrical to support a fresh, modern design. Starting from scratch allowed us to reconfigure the bathroom and kitchen footprints to better suit office needs.

New windows were installed to improve natural light throughout the space, and the exterior trim was repainted to refresh the building facade. We also added a new privacy fence and an electric rolling security gate for employee access, which helps control entry while maintaining a professional look for the property.

Inside, we installed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the office for a consistent, low-maintenance surface that works well in high-traffic areas. New light fixtures were put in place to update the overall lighting scheme and support both task and ambient needs in work and common areas.

The kitchen received a full remodel with a new layout, new cabinetry painted white, and new appliances. Matte black hardware was used across the kitchen to provide a clean, modern contrast with the white cabinets. This layout was designed to be functional for staff use while fitting the overall office aesthetic.

The bathroom space was entirely renovated, including a new vanity, mirror, vanity lighting, and updated hardware. We installed a new tile shower surround and included a built-in tiled niche for practical storage. These elements provide a refreshed, durable restroom environment that meets the needs of our team and visitors.

The entire office was painted in our company color scheme of a muted green, tying the interior finishes together and creating a cohesive brand feel throughout the space. With coordinated paint, flooring, lighting, and fixtures, the result is an office that functions well and reflects our company identity.

After completing the renovation, we moved in and are now in operation at the Memphis, TN location. The project covered demo through final finishes, and it delivered a complete transformation from a former barber shop into a purpose-built office for Phillips Property Solutions, LLC.
