From Rags to Rent-Ready - Complete Turn-key Transformation in Memphis, TN!

Phillips Property Solutions, LLC recently completed another turn-key home renovation in Memphis, Tennessee, transforming this investment property into a move-in-ready home through a complete interior and exterior remodel. Inside, we completed extensive demolition, attic clean-out, kitchen subfloor repairs, and full plumbing upgrades including a new 40-gallon water heater, laundry connections, and new plumbing fixtures. The home also received a complete 200-amp electrical service upgrade with a new electrical panel, breakers, wiring, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, exterior lighting, bathroom exhaust fans, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, switches, outlets, and code-compliant electrical installations.

The hall bathroom was fully remodeled with a new bathtub, waterproof tile surround extending to the ceiling, recessed niche, tile flooring, vanity, brass hardware, lighting, ventilation, trim, and fresh paint. The primary bathroom was transformed with a custom walk-in tiled shower, waterproofing system, Schluter trim, custom niche, new vanity, brass fixtures, mirror, toilet, and updated finishes, creating a modern spa-inspired space.

The kitchen renovation included cabinet modifications, professionally painted cabinetry in a soft green finish, new brass hardware, custom geometric butcher block countertops, large-format tile flooring, a new sink and faucet, stainless steel dishwasher, vent hood, and updated finishes that completely modernized the heart of the home.

Additional improvements included hardwood floor refinishing, interior door repairs, new bifold closet doors, drywall repairs, fresh three-color interior paint, new trim, a complete hardware and safety package, installation of a new 3.5-ton HVAC condenser, and a thorough final deep clean, leaving the home completely move-in ready.
