Full Kitchen Renovation Transformation in the Heart of Memphis!

Phillips Property Solutions, LLC. recently completed a Full Kitchen Remodeling proect in Memphis, TN - transforming an outdated space into a clean, modern & functional kitchen. The project began with complete demolition, removing all old cabinetry, appliances, wall trim, lighting, drywall, and flooring to create a fresh starting point.

After demolition, a new subfloor was installed to provide a strong, level base. New drywall and wall trim were then added to give the space clean, finished surfaces. We installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) hardwood-style flooring, chosen for its durability, water resistance, and realistic wood appearance.

The kitchen was upgraded with new white shaker cabinets, creating a bright, timeless look. Black-finished cabinet hardware and matching black lighting fixtures were installed to add contrast and tie the design together. New granite countertops were then installed, offering a durable, elegant workspace.

Once construction was complete, new appliances were installed and the walls and trim received a fresh coat of paint to complement the new finishes.
