Germantown, TN Master Bathroom Renovation - A Stunning Upgrade and Added Space!

Phillips Property Solutions, LLC. completed a master bathroom renovation in Germantown, TN that transformed the space into a cleaner, more functional, and cohesive retreat. The project began with selective wall removal to open up the room and create additional square footage for the new layout. That added space allowed us to reconfigure the floor plan without sacrificing storage or circulation.

As part of the new layout we added a dedicated water closet for the toilet, enclosed with a barn door for privacy and style. We installed the new barn door so it complements the rest of the bathroom, matching the updated hardware and finish palette used throughout the project.

The walk in shower was a focal point of this renovation. We installed a new walk in shower with a glass door and new fixtures. A built in niche provides a tidy place for soaps and shampoos, keeping the shower walls clean and uncluttered. The glass door maintains sight lines, helping the bathroom feel larger and brighter after the wall removal.

Tile selection played a major role in the look of the room. Beautiful gray tile was used on key surfaces alongside a bold black accent wall that gives contrast and depth. The floor was set with black small format tile that ties into the accent wall, while new tile flooring was installed throughout the entire bathroom to create a continuous, coordinated appearance.

We outfitted the vanity area with a new vanity, round mirrors, and new vanity lighting that complements the contemporary style of the space. Counter tops were replaced to match the new surfaces and finishes. All hardware and fixtures were selected in black finishes so everything reads as a unified design theme from shower fixtures to cabinet pulls.

Throughout the renovation we paid attention to how each element would work together visually and functionally. The coordinated black finishes bring cohesion to the space, while the mix of gray tile and the black accent wall creates a modern, balanced palette.
