Rent-Ready Bathroom Renovation Upgrade in Midtown Memphis, TN!

Phillips Property Solutions, LLC. completed a full bathroom renovation in Memphis, TN for a rental property. The goal was to upgrade the space from top to bottom and give the next tenant a modern, durable bathroom that is easy to maintain.

Work began with a complete tear out of the old handicap shower surround, flooring, vanity, toilet, and existing hardware. Removing the old fixtures let us correct the subfloor and wall surfaces so new materials could be installed properly.

We installed a new bathtub and a new shower surround. The surround uses grey large format tile, which gives the shower a clean, contemporary look. A large built in niche was added in a mosaic tile style to provide a decorative accent and a convenient spot for bath products.

The shower and bathtub were finished with a matte black shower head and bath system. Matte black fixtures were selected to match the rest of the bathroom hardware, creating a cohesive, updated appearance throughout the room.

On the floor we installed a fun geometric white and gray tile. The patterned floor adds visual interest while staying neutral enough for a rental property, and the tile choice makes the floor easy to clean between tenants.

We installed a new 30 inch white vanity with black finishes. The vanity provides a practical sink area and the black finishes tie into the matte black fixtures for a unified look.

For additional storage, we mounted a matte black medicine cabinet above the vanity. That cabinet adds hidden storage for toiletries and keeps the countertop clear, which is useful in smaller bathrooms.

A new matte black vanity light and matching bathroom hardware set were installed to complete the coordinated finish package. All hardware locations were set for typical rental use and easy upkeep.

We also installed a new toilet as part of the renovation. Final steps included fresh trim and a new coat of wall paint, which brightened the room and provided a clean, move-in ready finish for the property owner.
