Total Master Bathroom Transformation in Collierville, TN!

The Phillips Property Solutions team completed a total master bathroom renovation in Collierville, TN. This project refreshed the entire master bath, replacing old fixtures and finishes with a new walk in shower and a built-in linen closet to better organize towels and toiletries.

We removed the existing shower and whirlpool bathtub and prepared the space for the new walk in shower. The installation included all necessary waterproofing and tile work to create a durable, easy-to-clean shower surface. The new layout improved access and made the space feel more open.

Alongside the shower, we built a linen closet in a convenient spot to add storage without taking away usable floor area. The closet was framed, finished, and integrated with the surrounding wall so it blends with the room. Door hardware and shelving were installed to make the space functional on day one.

New tile flooring was installed throughout the master bathroom, shower, and master walk in closet. 

The double vanity was refinished with a fresh coat of paint and updated hardware. Painting the vanity refreshed its look while keeping the existing cabinet footprint. We installed new pulls and knobs to match the updated fixtures and give the vanity a cohesive appearance.

New granite tops and backsplash were measured and installed on the double vanity. The granite was cut to fit the basins and backsplashes precisely, then sealed for durability. New mirrors and light fixtures were mounted above the vanity to complete the updated sink area.

New light fixtures were chosen and installed to provide improved task lighting for the vanity area. The mirrors were positioned to align with the new granite tops and fixtures, creating a balanced and clean look.

Finally, the entire bathroom received new wall paint and updated trim. Walls were repaired where necessary, primed, and painted to give a fresh, uniform finish.
