Turnkey Remodel with addition of 2 bedrooms in Historical Neighborhood in Memphis, TN

This was such a fun project! I originally did an estimate on this project, and another bid was accepted over mine. When the original contractor wasn’t licensed and unable to pull the correct permits for the renovation, I was hired to come in and take over. As a licensed general contractor, I am able to pull all the necessary permits to complete a renovation from start to finish. This project in particular needed a certificate of appropriateness for the historical district it is located in. When I took over the job, I had to repair a lot of the framing and add all new wiring and plumbing to the project. This project incorporated, everything that our company is able to do from sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen remodeling bathroom, replacement windows, trim carpentry, remodeling, painting, and everything in between it really showcases what this company is capable of, Another great Memphis, Tennessee home renovation completed.
